By engaging Yaria for any service or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Yaria provides web design, development, and ongoing maintenance services as described on our website. Specific deliverables for each engagement will be outlined in a written quote or proposal.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit is required before any project commences. The remaining balance is due on delivery of the completed project. Failure to settle the balance may result in delayed handover or removal of the live site.
4. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of each project. Final timelines depend on the client's response time to feedback requests, content delivery, and approvals.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final website and its content. Yaria retains the right to display and reference the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
6. Maintenance Plans
Monthly maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance. Plans may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Yaria is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the website we deliver. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the South African courts.
